Painting of the Main Street bridge. The painting shows the Main Street Bridge up and a large boat going under it. The boat is black with yellow, red, and white trim. On the left side of the painting there are buildings. There are trees and shrubs on the right side. The painting is signed in the lower right corner by Pat Alexander in 1972. The painting is framed in a very thin wood frame that has been stained.

Painted by PK Alexander, wife of donor. She lived from 1929 to May 2000. She was born in Winnipeg, but moved to Fonthill in 1964. She attended the University of Manitoba and received a degree in Interior Design. She was an amateur artist, and was a member of the Welland Bursh and Palette Club which met in the Tennis Club building. She was the president of this club in the early 1970s.
